7 Days: You can cancel up to 7 Days prior to your activity taking place with NO PENALTIES!. You will receive a full refund.
7 Days – 2 Days: If you can cancel within 7 Days to 2 Days prior to your activity taking place you forfeit deposit. It will be held as a credit to your account good for up to ONE year. You can use it for a future reservation to be confirmed with Island Time Charters Bahamas If you made a payment in full you will be refunded 75% of the total amount paid.
1 Day: If you can cancel 1 Day prior to your activity taking place you will be charged the remaining balance (if only the deposit was paid). No credit will be issued.
Late arrivals and No-shows are considered to be cancellations. Notification of late arrivals will be given consideration for future accommodation. No refund will be issued.
Cancellations & Refunds Due To Bad Weather
If for any reason Island Time Charters Bahamas cancels AND can’t accommodate you on another day, you will be issued a full refund.
Poor weather conditions: If, in the even that one the day of your charter the weather conditions prevent your charter from departure, you will be issued a full refund.
Cruise Ship Itinerary Changes: If your cruise ship changes itinerary and prevents you from participating in your excursion you will be issued a full refund.
All refunds we process over $100 will be subject to 10% service charge
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS
No Shows: If you, or a member of your party, does not show up for your activity you will be responsible for the full amount.
Late arrivals: If you, or a member of your party, shows up late and are not able to participate you will still be responsible for the full amount of the activity.
If you, or a member of your party does not cooperate with the reasonable request of the crew on board when it comes to safety requirements, smoking on board or disorderly conduct which would require that the tour be ended prematurely.
Once you have completed to booking process you will recieve an email with your confirmation. We kindly ask that you print a copy of the confirmation and bring it with you as proof of reservation.
